Document Condition
Take clear photos of the damaged plant and the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery to validate your claim.

Email our customer care team with your order number and the photos of your succulents to initiate the return or replacement process.
Receive Approval
Our horticultural experts will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for eligible non-living decor or a replacement order for live plants.
Ship or Settle
