What is your policy on plants that arrive damaged?

We offer a 48-hour 'Live Arrival Guarantee.' If your plant arrives in poor condition, please send a photo to our support team within two days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Do I need to repot my succulent immediately after delivery?

We recommend waiting at least 7-10 days before repotting. This allows the plant to acclimate to your home's light and temperature levels after the stress of shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?
